We had the pleasure of flying to Tulum last month to attend the Corona Sunsets Festival held in Playa del Carmen. Tulum is a place in Mexico we keep coming back to because of its beautiful beaches and incredible atmosphere. There's no other place that has that Tulum eco-chic appeal- You really can't deny its astounding beauty!

While some come for the health-food craze of: sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan, organic, yogi lifestyle, this place is also a haven for the design lovers and moonlight dancers.
If you haven't caught on with the Tulum rage and its your first time coming here, the best way to get to explore the area is to bike around and discover the hip hotels, the more secluded beaches and incredibly chic boutique stores. Take a trip to see the Ruins, and book a tour to the many amazing Cenotes! You also must try all the remarkable and charming restaurants. Posada Margherita is one of our favorite lunch-spots.

This time around we stayed at Papaya Playa Project with the wonderful "Casa Corona" crew. This hotel is definitely the place to stay in if you love a great beach-club and you would take delight in dancing under the moonlight with a drink of mezcal!
At Papaya Playa there is always a resident DJ playing during the day and they host the full moon parties by night.

Another great perk is that since the Riviera Maya has no mountains, it makes the weather super windy and nice, perfect for kite-surfing.
We spent our days running around the beach and dancing all night without ever sweating or feeling any humidity (So impressed!) This also makes it easy to play around with outfits. You can wear bikinis and cover-ups during the day and wear long dresses at night or some nice pants with a crop-top.

Nothing like having a vacation where you can indulge in quality food, dance all night long and swim in the ocean under the stars! This has to be our favorite destination for this summer!
