We have all been there, with our list of excuses on why "we can't work-out". 
This is especially true for us, since our lives usually involve moving from one place to another in very short periods of time. We got to fooling ourselves into believing that we couldn't find a way to make exercise fit into our nomadic lifestyle. This is why we have decided to share the 3 things that were keeping us from exercising and how we solved them:

You need a gym to work-out
While it is ideal to be able to hit the gym at all times, sometimes we are unable to access one. In these cases finding a park to get moving can be just as effective. 

I don't have sports-clothes (at least not cool ones)
Crucial! Getting excited about working-out is the first step into making it a lifestyle, and the best way to do this is by shopping for the perfect gear. If you look and feel good in your work-out clothes, then trust us, this will play a big role into motivating you to get off the couch. For us, Nike is the brand that totally gets this. It provides specialized gear for the different activities that you might be into: be it training leggings that adjust perfectly to your body for running (like the ones above), shoes that are light and versatile, yoga pants that are fun and stylish, or you name it! Whatever your jam may be, you get to be incredibly comfortable while still looking fierce! 
Which also brings us to personalization. What we loved most about getting our Nike sports gear was how we were able to reflect our own personal style. This is something that was very hard to achieve with active-wear in the past, and it has now changed our attitudes towards exercise altogether. 

You're too busy
Having a lot on your plate definitely makes things challenging, but its important to keep in mind that every step counts! (literally). Walking to our every destination eventually led to jogging in the park. When we travel we engage in outdoor activities as much as we can, and when we definitely can't squeeze in a proper work-out, just 2 reps of 10 sit-ups before every meal helps tremendously! (seriously, this makes a difference).
For us, these baby-steps were important to stay motivated. Now, sports-clothes are not only a big part of our wardrobe (since we wear them daily), but are also on our top travel essentials!

Todas hemos estado ahí con listas de excusas de "por que no podemos hacer ejercicio"
Nosotras en especial nos podemos identificar! Como siempre nos estamos moviendo de lugar en lugar nos decíamos "no, no tengo tiempo" o "después de que regrese de viaje me meto full al gym!" Es por eso que quisimos hacer esta lista de 3 cosas que nos desmotivaban a hacer ejercicio y las soluciones para ya no tener excusas!

Necesitas un gym para hacer ejercicio.
Mientras lo ideal sería poder tener acceso al gym todo el tiempo, muchas veces esto no nos es posible. En estas ocasiones buscar un parque para correr y estar en movimiento puede llegar a ser la solución. 

No tengo ropa de ejercicio. 
La verdad a todas nos pasa, "es que no tengo ropa de gym", o "no me gusta como me veo en ella". Una verdadera manera de motivarse para hacer ejercicio es  comprar ropa de ejercicio que en realidad te guste. Si te ves bien en ella y te gustan los modelos, vas a querer ponertela más seguido. Por ejemplo, en nuestro caso, nos encanta la ropa de Nike. Tienen muchísimos modelos diferentes de leggings para todo tipo de work-outs: si haces yoga, te encanta correr o para crossfit! Todos son ajustables a tu medida y son de material dri-fit para que te sientas fresca hasta después de horas de sudar. También puedes personalizar los productos que vayan a tu propio estilo, lo cual esta increíble. 

No tengo tiempo.
la excusa más típica. Definitivamente sí es difícil encontrar el tiempo para hacer ejercicio si tienes mil cosas que hacer en el día, pero tenemos que tener en mente que cada paso cuenta! (literal!) Empezando por caminar, caminar todo lo que puedas durante el día ayuda muchísimo. Nosotras siempre intentamos estar en movimiento, especialmente cuando viajamos. Esto nos abrió las puertas a motivarnos a salir a correr regularmente. Si ya de plano no pudiste ejercitarte en el día, entonces hacer sentadillas en casa no cuesta nada! 2 repeticiones de 10 sentadillas antes de cada comida fue un gran tip! y parece que no es mucho, pero hace la diferencia. 

La ropa de ejercicio no solo se ha convertido en una gran parte de nuestro closet, pero la ponemos como top en nuestros esenciales para viajar también!
